Fix blocked screen or microphone permissions

Click the lock or camera icon in your browser address bar.
Set Screen sharing and Microphone to Allow for this site.
Reload the page and click Start Recording again.
If using Chrome, go to Settings → Privacy → Site settings → Camera/Microphone and remove blocks.
On macOS, also check System Settings → Privacy → Screen Recording.

We only request permissions when you click Start. Recordings stay on your device.

How it works

This tool processes everything locally in your browser. Recordings are created locally via getDisplayMedia and MediaRecorder. Video never leaves your device unless you download or share it.
